How does an engagement with DLN start?
It starts with a conversation about your goals and the problem you want to solve. If there is a fit, we prepare a written proposal that sets out the scope, timeline, deliverables, and fees. Work begins once you approve it.
What information should I prepare for a first conversation?
A short description of the challenge, what you have already tried, your timeline, and who in your organization is involved. Supporting documents are helpful but not required.
Do you work on-site or remotely?
Either, or a mix of both. We agree on the working arrangement for each project in the proposal, based on what the work requires.
How are your fees set?
Fees depend on the scope and length of the work. Every proposal includes a clear fee structure, agreed in writing before any work begins.
Will you keep our information confidential?
Yes. We treat all client information as confidential and are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before detailed discussions begin.
